HOUSE RULES
Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with these points.
If you have any questions about the way in which we are now working, please do ask. We want you to feel comfortable and safe in our venues.
Please be on time if you’ve made a booking. We’re operating with much reduced capacity, and this will help to make everything run more smoothly.
Bookings will be for 2hrs, and multiple bookings cannot be made consecutively. We can’t keep your table for more than 5 minutes after your allotted time.
You’ll be asked to provide contact details for all members of your party on arrival. THIS IS NOW A MANDATORY CONDITION OF ENTRY.
We will take your temperature (contactlessly, of course) before you’re seated.
Links to our privacy notice will be available within the pubs.
We will be keeping limited tables for walk-ins, although pre-booking is preferred. You will also be asked to provide contact details and will have your table for 2hrs.
Food menus are available online for all our pubs – please use these both before and during your visit.
Please wait to be seated by a member of staff.
You are required to wear your face mask until you are seated with your party, and whenever moving around the venue.
You should only leave your seat to visit the bathroom or collect your order.
If you’re outside smoking, you need to remain physically distant from people who aren’t in your group.
Please don’t move furniture. All our furniture has been sanitised, and the tables have been arranged to allow maximum comfort and room for everyone.
The group you have made a booking for is the group with which you will be sitting for the duration of your visit.
You will place your order with a staff member and then collect from the collection point.
You can make contactless payment at this point too.
There will be loads of sanitation points throughout the pubs – please use them (and wash your hands, obviously!) to ensure your continued safety.
Toilets will operate on a one in-one out basis.
Our already rigorous cleaning schedules have been ramped up so that, as well as opening and closing cleaning, we will be cleaning regularly throughout the day, paying particular attention to touchpoints and high-traffic areas.
In addition to this:
Daybreak Scotland Ltd. have given the pubs a deep clean and sanitation prior to reopening, and will continue to sanitise every 30 days.
Our staff have also undergone extensive training and will continue to do so to ensure they are able to serve you safely and maintain a clean environment.
This is a very steep learning curve for us, and for the staff, so please bear with us as we enter this new stage of trading.
The staff are going to be doing their very best to work within the confines of the restrictions; please help make this as easy as possible for them by taking responsibility for your own health and that of those around you. Do not verbally abuse our staff for asking that you obey the law; they are doing their job and trying to keep everybody healthy. It should go without saying that this will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
